How do I create a marketing package?

Do you create print-ready files?
Absolutely! If you need files for print, we’ve got you covered.
What types of files will you create for me?
Depending on your project, we deliver everything from PNGs and print-ready PDFs to AI, SVG, JPG, and even MP4s.
Do you offer printing?

What is the Client Hub?
The Client Hub is your all-in-one platform for managing packages, deliverables, account information, invoices and contractual documents. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.
How do I use the onboarding wizard?
The onboarding wizard guides you step by step—fill in company details, add contacts, and upload your brand assets to get started.
Can I review and approve assets in the Client Hub?
Yes! You can review, approve, and leave comments on copy, images, and videos right within the platform.
How do I customize my marketing packages?
It’s easy—head over to My Packages, where you can edit an existing package, create a draft, or view archived packages with just a few clicks.
Can I track project timelines for one-time packages?
Definitely! The Client Hub calculates timelines automatically based on the services and quantities you’ve selected, so you always know what to expect.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept EFT, and all major credit cards for any invoices issued by the app.
Who processes payments for Talent on Tap?
All payments go through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment provider, so your transactions are safe and seamless.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! What you see is what you pay. No surprises here.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Not at all. Our services are flexible—you can adjust or cancel packages whenever you need to.
When will I be billed?
For recurring packages, billing starts after you’ve signed the MSA and SOW, with invoices sent 15 days before the next interval. For one-time packages, 50% is billed upfront, and the rest when the project is done.
How do I cancel my package?
Go to \"My Packages\" in the Client Hub, find the package you want to cancel, and click \"Cancel Package\" from the menu.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Don’t worry—we’ll send you reminders. But if payment is late by 15 days, interest may apply, and services might be paused after 10 days.
Are there any extra costs beyond the listed fees?
The only extras are taxes and disclosed out-of-pocket expenses, like printing or specialized tools. You’ll always know upfront.
How does the platform handle feedback and approvals?
The Client Hub makes collaboration easy—review, approve, and comment on deliverables in real time to keep things moving.
What happens if I lose access to my account?
No problem—reach out to our team, and we’ll help you recover your account or reset your login.
How do I update my account information?
Head to \"My Account\" in the Client Hub! You can manage company details, add contacts, update your email and password, edit web and social links, and access contracts—all in one place.
Do you use design templates?
Nope! Every design we create is tailored to your brand and specific project needs.
Can I resell what Talent on Tap creates for me?
Absolutely. Once the work is delivered, it’s 100% yours to use or resell as you wish.
Who owns the work Talent on Tap creates?
Yes, with your permission. We may use your assets to showcase our work, but only for promotional purposes.
What happens to confidential information I share?
Your information stays safe and secure with us. We only use it to fulfill your project requirements.
What if my confidential information is publicly available?
If the information is already public or shared by a third party, it’s no longer treated as confidential.
Can I terminate my agreement with Talent on Tap?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by giving us written notice. You’ll only be billed for work completed.
Does Talent on Tap guarantee results?
We guarantee professional, high-quality work, but we can’t promise specific outcomes—marketing isn’t one-size-fits-all!
Is there a time limit to request revisions?
You have 7 days to request changes once a deliverable is submitted. Requests beyond 5% of the original scope may have extra charges.
What happens if Talent on Tap’s services are disrupted?
In rare cases like natural disasters, services may be delayed. If disruptions last over 30 days, either party can terminate the agreement.
What laws govern my agreement with Talent on Tap?
Our agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes must be resolved there.
Can I assign or transfer my agreement?
No, agreements can’t be transferred without written permission from both parties.
What if I disagree with a term in the agreement?
All changes or amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both you and Talent on Tap.
